Interim Management
Als interimmer verplaats ik mij geruisloos in degene die ik tijdelijk vervang of in de tijdelijke rol die ik op me neem en dompel mij vol overgave in mijn (tijdelijke) onderkomen. Ik heb in no-time door hoe de hazen rennen en alle relevante processen zijn ingericht en met elkaar samenhangen, verdiep me in de bedrijfscultuur en ben altijd nieuwsgierig naar de plaatselijk gehanteerde ‘kantoortaal’. Deze waardevolle inzichten combineer ik met ruim 25 jaar ‘best practice’ ervaring en voorzie ik van persoonlijke adviezen, om van zo groot mogelijke toegevoegde waarde te zijn voor mijn opdrachtgevers.

When I planned my maternity leave, there was one person I immediately turned to and that was Hester. Because she is definitely one of those women. She leads with feminine power; confident yet open to discuss, straightforward yet always tactful.
